Volunteering

Volunteers are the key to our success at Aurora Academy!

Studies have shown that parental involvement is one of the primary keys to a child's success in school. Our volunteer program provides a unique and vital opportunity for parents to use their unique gifts and talents to help our children succeed. All "two parent families" are required to fulfill 40 hours of volunteer service to the school. All "single parents families" are required to fulfill 20 hours of volunteer service to the school.

  • Lunch and Recess Helper
  • Tuesday Folder Filer
  • Art Room or Library Helper
  • Classroom Sponsor for Cleaning Saturdays
  • Complete Take-home Projects
